This recipe puts a new twist on your traditional chicken cordon bleu. Don't let this dish intimidate you! You will be amazed at how easy it is. It is also oh so delicious! Every bit seriously melts in your mouth.
BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN
Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tub onion and chive cream cheese
1 pkg bacon
Directions
Pound your chicken out until about 1/4 inch thick. Spread 1 Tbsp cream cheese over. Roll chicken up and wrap one to two pieces of bacon around chicken. Tuck underneath to secure. Feel free to use a toothpick if needed. Bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes. When finished baking, turn on broiler and broil until bacon is crisp. DON'T BURN! I serve this with potatoes and salad/veggies.
