If you're really in a hurry, try a rotissery chicken you buy at the grocery store. It's really quite economical considering you pay almost the same price for a whole uncooked chicken, and they're really tasty, too. I love this recipe! Thank you so much!!

This really is a delicious recipe. I fed it to my Father-in-Law, and he couldn't get enough of it. You're right Donna. You wouldn't be able to have your chicken stock to use. As for me, I'm so excited to find out about this microwave tip because most of my nights are crazy, and anything to save me time is a keeper in my book!
